Additional information

Hands are particularly easy to work with in treating for neck problems, as the neck reflex is ‘elongated’ through the fingers. It’s also ideal for those who want relief from arthritic, stiff or inflamed joints in the hands and wrists. For ease of learning, Atlantic School of Reflexology uses the same routine sequence as for the feet. The entire body map in the hands represent access to any part of the body through reflex stimulation, independent of any other reflex system.
