FOUNDATION MATERNITY REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology during pregnancy provides gentle support. These techniques reduce edema, relieve pain, give support for overworked organs, increase hormone balance, and improve circulation—which simultaneously helps with oxygen and nutrition supply to the baby in utero. Less well known is the role of reflexology in helping couples to conceive, from pre-conception detoxification to balancing compatibility between the male and female reproductive systems.
