LYMPH DRAINAGE
As a gentle form of bodywork, lymph drainage is performed with a very light touch that facilitates the removal of metabolic waste, excess water and toxins from the body. Additional benefits include deep relaxation, pain relief and immune-boosting effects. Lymph drainage is not a ‘massage’, but a non-invasive superficial technique that affects the watersheds of the body, using only techniques that gently stretch or slightly press against the skin.
