Meet your Instructor
Jennifer Johnson, ASR Director and Lead Instructor
Jennifer started her training in Reflexology over 25 years ago at the Hilo School of Massage Therapy in Hilo, Hawaii. She became certified in Canada through the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC), and has since been awarded dozens of certifications in reflexology and holistic bodywork.
She opened the Atlantic School of Reflexology 25+ years ago in order to share the gift of healing.

Stimulating specific reflexology points with finger pressure helps the body focus on its corresponding areas, encouraging circulation, hormone regulation, toxin removal, relaxation, and overall balance.
